Shipping Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Expedited Shipping
Orders placed with "Expedited Shipping" added are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery Areas
We currently only ship to addresses within the UK. If you are outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us first.

Postage Fees
Postage costs are included in your purchase charge.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Home Installation
If you have opted for home installation, then you will receive an email with details on how to book a day and time for us to attend the property where installation of the Home Kit is required.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Period
You can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Return
To start a return, email us at returns@karer.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive your item and check its condition, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with a description and photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
