Your kit arrives ready to go. We preconfigure your sensors using a secure Gmail account which you can easily change once you are set up (Full easy-to-follow instructions included).

You simply place the sensors using our guide, plug in the included WiFi extender and enter a new password, and download the free app. Once everything is running, you can update the email and password to something personal and memorable and share with a trusted family member, friend, neighbour or carer.

Motion Sensor Note: Due to the nature of this device, it's difficult estimating the life of the batteries due to the variability of motion detection in different situations. The batteries could last 12 months with one or two detections per day, or could run out in 3 months in a busy location. We recommend powering the motion sensor using a USB plug and micro-USB cable. You can find our recommended equipment in the "Extras" section of the shop.
